2. CBT (Capacity Building Training) Certificate

This certificate is given upon successful participation in the two-day intensive capacity building training (without being absent from any of the sessions indicated below):

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Leadership
  • Responsibility and Vision
  • Purpose
  • Values
  • Business Strategy
  • Being a Facilitation Specialist
  • Planning
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Realization
3. Outstanding Trainee Certificate

This certificate is given to those trainees who volunteer to work with WaterSHED within three months period with outstanding performance evaluated base on the following area:

  • Organization and project understanding
  • Number of practical sales events and door-to-door conducted
  • Monthly Narrative report
  • Sales results during voluntary period

This certificate is categorized into three different grades:

  • Grade A: achieved sales results range from 150 products* upward
  • Grade B: achieved sales results range from 100-149 products*
  • Grade C: achieved sales results from 50-99 products*

*Products vary according to the project they are working on. E.g. latrine is the product in Sanitation Markeing and water filter is the product in Safe Water Marketing.
