Without wasting time after her graduation, on 30th of September 2012 Morrkort started working at WaterSHED holding a position of Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant. Working as a team of monitoring and evaluation is to guarantee that the data from provinces is properly collected, verified, evaluated and stored.

Morrkort graduated from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in 2011, majoring in Finance and Banking. Shortly after, in 2012, she got another Bachelor degree of Education at Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), majoring in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). She got her first job as a part-time teacher of English at Asean International School during her junior since she wished to contribute to the whole community as well as the whole country through educational sector.

Involving herself in WaterSHED is another way to help the community, especially, rural Cambodian to be able to access to low-cost latrines; simultaneously, latrines suppliers can improve their business as well.

“Being a part of WaterSHED is a precious opportunity to define who I really am and what I really want in my life. More importantly, I have realized that challenges frequently appear in the progress of working; however, friendly working environment and well collaboration could possibly unite us as one making challenges into success.”
